LOCATION: Greater Chicagoland area near Lombard, IL
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a global provider of hardware/software solutions to the construction industry, recently partnered with TeamBradley to find an experienced Bilingual Application Support. The right candidate will have outstand communication and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to end users on different issues and problems relating to hardware/ software and peripherals.
- Diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex situations, escalate or route them to members
- Support multiple platforms including desktops/laptops, mobile devices, hardware and 3rd party software systems
SKILLS:
- Degree with 1+ years software/technical call center support experience
- Knowledge of business processes, process improvements and system development
- Quickly analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Stay up to date on emerging technology
- Bilingual in Spanish
