Bilingual Application Support

LOCATION:  Greater Chicagoland area near Lombard, IL

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a global provider of hardware/software solutions to the construction industry, recently partnered with TeamBradley to find an experienced Bilingual Application Support. The right candidate will have outstand communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support to end users  on different issues and problems relating to hardware/ software and peripherals.
  • Diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex situations, escalate or route them to members
  • Support multiple platforms including desktops/laptops, mobile devices, hardware and 3rd party software systems

SKILLS:

  • Degree  with  1+ years software/technical call center support experience
  • Knowledge of business processes, process improvements and system development
  • Quickly analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Stay up to date on emerging technology
  • Bilingual in Spanish
