Talent Acquisition Manager

LOCATION: Greater Chicagoland area near Woodridge, IL

Currently, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.  Must have excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in the Policy Deployment impact targets
  • Support/Implement employee development programs
  • Creates the recruiting process for professional level talent and develop improvements
  • Develops strong partnerships with others for each job requisition throughout the hiring process
  • Organizes relocation activities
  • Research and maintain the knowledge of the best practices
  • Lead for reporting employment metrics/affirmative action initiatives
  • Conducts Job Pricing research for open job requisitions
  • Conduct training with other teams as necessary

 SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition/ development
  • Experience recruiting manufacturing, operations, engineering, finance, IT, marketing and sales positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in employment law (hiring practices/recruiting)
  • Applicant tracking system experience
