Rich's World

After several years of retail management some twenty-six years ago, Richard Bradley needed a change. He saw an opportunity, and a future, as a recruiter. It did not come easily – when he overheard coworkers bet he wouldn’t return to work one day, it struck a nerve. Rich decided not to give anyone the satisfaction of winning that bet. He returned the next day and has moved forward ever since.

Rich and two coworkers created DynaStaff in 1995. Over the next twelve years, he refined his management skills and in 2007 he and wife Amy R. Bradley spun off the IT division to become TeamBradley Inc. Located in Wheaton, a western suburb of Chicago, the firm revolves around the “team” concept – with recruiters and researchers working together to meet the needs of the ever-changing IT industry.

The team environment is paramount to TeamBradley’s success, as is Rich’s belief that hard work, planning, and determination are essential. The true key to his success, however, has always been “continuing to learn and associating with the best in the business.” Many of the best belong to the Pinnacle Society, representing the industry’s top 75 recruiters, where Rich has been a member since 1996. He is also a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

While Rich continues to place IT professionals at all organizational levels, he trains and mentors TeamBradley’s next generation of recruiters. Being successful certainly has its rewards, but Rich has always wanted to share his passion with others. As a talented speaker, Rich has imparted his hard-gained wisdom at speaking engagements both locally and nationally for over a decade.
