HR Analyst

LOCATION:  Greater Chicagoland Area near Libertyville

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client, a Fortune 500 company is heavily involved in sales, marketing, engineering & manufacturing. This company provides their employees with excellent benefits and a casual working environment. Currently, they are partnering with TeamBradley in search of an outstanding HR Analyst. The right candidate will be detail oriented and enjoys working with spreadsheets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Operations SME for HR Systems
  • Assists team members in developing/maintaining spreadsheets for various reporting
  • Collaborate with HR Operations Manager, develop and maintain workforce planning database and creates required budget reports
  • Assists in the data input and validation of plan data
  • Establish changes to existing systems and improve employee experience
  • Analyze, Solve and formulate solutions through applications
  • Primary contact to HR Operations and IT/vendor for technical issue
  • Ensure changes/upgrades from vendors are adequately delivered
  • Establish methods to update and enhance procedures/technology
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships to problem-solve issues

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of HR Financial Reporting, budgeting and Systems administration experience
  • Excel Guru
  • Efficient problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ideally knowledge of one or more of the following: BusinessSolver, SAP, Success Factors Employee Central and Performance Management, Replicon Time & Attendance and Visio
