POSITION OVERVIEW: Our client provides progressive technology strategies for various wholesale distributors nation wide. They have recently partnered with TeamBradley to find a resourceful ERP Support Specialist. This person will supply technical assistance for the company’s clients by troubleshooting ERP issues.
- Prioritize tickets and maintain service responses
- Phone and email support of customer’s technical issues
- Oversee internal system performance
- Train new staff
- Experience supporting wholesale distribution ERP systems
- Must have significant experience supporting industrial distribution software
- Strong preference for Infor SX.e or Epicor’s Prophet 21 or Eclipse
- Ability to understand and create support documentation
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
