Degreed and 5+ yrs internal/external audit & Sarbanes-Oxley exp; cash balancing & management, reconciliation, cash flow statements, product flow analysis & design are a must, some supervisory exp preferred. Travel (30%) required.

SUMMARY:
The Sr. SOX Analyst plans, performs, and/or leads financial internal control assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of financial internal controls; makes recommendations for improvement in complex processes and controls; and partners with business units to monitor effectiveness of corrective action plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plans scope of financial internal controls testing
* Develops review objectives and test programs
* Ident
