Company
A team is defined as “a group of people working towards a shared goal.” TeamBradley
is all about Teamwork! As a team we can achieve greater goals. When you work
with Rich Bradley or one of our recruiters, the whole team assists in your future.
TeamBradley was created to benefit the clients and candidates we serve, to solve
the recruiting puzzle and to exceed your needs. We aim high at TeamBradley; we're
here to help you on a daily basis—it’s an awesome task, but one we're
confident we can achieve.
What makes us different? We're focused on hiring and retaining great clients.
We match the right employee with the right company, a task we don't take lightly.
The work we do demands exceptional teamwork because people are our business.
The choices we make matter—people, personal lives, and corporate lives
matter.
From the person who formats the resume, sends the email, answers the phone, or conducts our interviews ...
we all take part and share in the rewards.
At TeamBradley, we offer our full-time employees comprehensive medical and dental benefits, health club memberships,
and paid “well being” days; both our part-time and full-time employees are offered a matching 401K.
We believe we can help our clients and candidates best as a healthy, happy company.
We offer our employees the opportunity to work as a team in a friendly, hardworking, yet casual environment.
At TeamBradley, we reward excellence and celebrate the process of finding the

OWNER RECRUITERS
Richard Bradley
Rich cofounded TeamBradley in 2007 after a 12-year partnership at DynaStaff. He has been in the recruiting business for 26 years and joined the ranks of the industry’s premier think tank, the Pinnacle Society, in 1996, where he is among the nation’s top 75 recruiters.

After working at DynaStaff, Amy helped launch TeamBradley in 2007. She segued from elementary school teaching to software training and research, moving into the client side of recruiting. Amy handles HR and office management at TeamBradley, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned her BA in Education from the National College of Education (now known as National-Louis University).
RECRUITERS
Brandon Raymond
Brandon joined TeamBradley in September 2007 as a junior recruiter. He is originally from New York where he graduated from Utica College with a BA in Business Management. Keith Valenti
Keith began his recruiting career at DynaStaff and transitioned to TeamBradley in 2007.
Scott Wilson
Scott started in the recruiting business in 1993 after graduating from the University
of Illinois.
He worked exclusively in the AS/400 marketplace until client/server
technology and networking (remember when Novell used to rule?) evolved in the
1990s. Though Scott relocated to Lexington, KY, telecommuting has allowed him
to continue recruiting and working with people in his favorite city, Chicago.
