OWNER RECRUITERS

 Richard Bradley
RichRich co-founded TeamBradley in 2007 after a 12-year partnership at DynaStaff. He has been in the recruiting business for 26 years and joined the ranks of the industry’s premier think tank, the Pinnacle Society, in 1996, where he is among the nation’s top 75 recruiters.
Rich earned his BS, with an emphasis in Psychology, from Western Illinois University.




 Amy Bradley
Amy BradleyAfter working at DynaStaff, Amy helped launch TeamBradley in 2007. She segued from elementary school teaching to software training and research, moving into the client side of recruiting. Amy handles HR and office management at TeamBradley, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned her BA in Education from the National College of Education (now known as National-Louis University).



RECRUITERS

 Scott Wilson
Scott WilsonAfter graduating from the University of Illinois, Scott joined the recruiting profession in 1993, and he met Rich Bradley and Andy Yakubik. At the time, Scott worked exclusively in the AS/400 marketplace with Andy, while Rich worked on the Mainframe side. As client/server and networking technology evolved in the 1990s, so did their approach to the Information Technology marketplace, and they began working collectively as a team.

Now Scott is providing search and placement services to all kinds of IT professionals in the Chicagoland area: Networking/Infrastructure; Web/Software Development; ERP/CRM; DBA; BI/ETL/Data Warehousing; Admin/Support; PMs/BAs; etc.

Scott currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife and 2 children. Today’s telecommuting technology allows him to continue recruiting and working with people in his favorite home city, Chicago. A musician/percussionist at heart, Scott enjoys the great outdoors as well as coaching youth basketball and baseball.

Russell J. Kotz

Russ KotzRussell is a former Director of IT at United Stationers Supply Company. United Stationers is the largest distributor of business products in the United States (2008 sales ~ $5 billion); distributing more than 35,000 products from 70 distribution centers throughout the country. He started out as the Manager of Telecommunications and later was promoted to the Director level as his role and responsibilities were expanded. He served as a member of the IT Leadership team for 10 years. He has experience as a Senior Manager leading projects as well as building teams.

Prior to his career at United Stationers, Russ was a Manager of Telecommunications at First Options of Chicago. Leading up to working at First Options, Russ was a very successful Account Executive at AT&T, many years being a member of the President’s Club which honored top performers in the company.

Russ attended IIT and holds his BS degree from Chicago State University. He has taken certification classes in HR at DePaul University and is currently preparing for his state certification test. He also does volunteer work at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton.

Russ in married and enjoys sports and travel. His favorite participation sport is golf and his favorite team is the Chicago Bears.

 Tammy Dougherty
Tammy DoughertyTammy joined Team Bradley in May 2007. If it's financial, she does it. She enjoys gardening, weightlifting, and watching the Cubs and Bears. She earned her BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Carbondale.



 

 

Andy Yakubik
Andy YakubikAndy began his staffing career in 1992 as an AS/400 technical recruiter with CPS, then moved to DynaStaff in 1995. Realizing the emerging benefits of technology for recruiters, he integrated PC's into every desk of the company and was soon focusing most of his time on the technical side. In 1997 he transitioned to full-time IT work, and by 2000 he was offering his expertise to other small businesses looking to use technology as a strategic tool. Throughout the years his experience and client list grew, culminating in the creation of his own company, Yak-Tek, in 2007.

Andy focuses on a wide range of technology planning & technical services to elite clients throughout the Chicagoland area. His background includes network/server/workstation architecture & support; database development & administration; industry-specific application integration & consulting; comprehensive voice/data/mobile communications plus a wide range of other information technology solutions.

Andy graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Telecommunications. He's married with two sons. He enjoys playing & coaching soccer and collecting vintage guitars.
